Family emergency plan

One page for the fridge: who to call first, the emergency numbers, where the documents and policies are, where to meet. You fill it in on your device and print it.

A bright family kitchen

When something happens — a fire, a road accident, a hospital stay — the people at home need a few things fast: who to call, the numbers, where the papers are, where to meet. Fill in one page here, print it and put it on the fridge or by the door.

What you type stays in this browser: it is not sent to or stored on any server. If you want to find it next time, tick “Keep it on this device” (it is off unless you tick it); “Delete everything” erases it all.

How to use it

  • Fill in only what you need. Anything left empty prints as a blank line, to write in by hand.
  • With “Print” you get one A4 page; with “Save as PDF”, choose “Save as PDF” in the print window.
  • Give a copy to the person you wrote you would call first, and look at the page again once a year.

Do not write identity or account numbers, or passwords. Write only where the originals are: a page on the fridge is seen by visitors too.

What you can do next

  • If something happens, the steps are in the What to do if… guides, and the public services with their numbers in Who to contact.
  • See whether your documents are ready for a claim with the claim readiness checklist, and whether your beneficiaries are still right with the beneficiary check.
  • If you have a citizen account, your family folder keeps beneficiaries, where the documents are, emergency contacts and a letter to your family, encrypted, with access for a trusted person only after a waiting period you can refuse.

General information, not advice. The emergency numbers come from Who to contact, checked on the official pages on 17 October 2026; they can change. AVRASTRO is not an insurer and sees nothing of what you type.
