Why a family folder

In a difficult moment, the people close to you often do not know which policies exist, who the beneficiary is or where the will is. The folder brings this together on one page, with the policies you already noted in your account.

Trusted person access: how it works

  1. You name up to two people. By e-mail. They receive one e-mail telling them, and see nothing of the folder.
  2. If needed, they ask for access. We e-mail you at once, with a refuse button that needs no sign-in.
  3. You have 7 to 30 days to refuse. You set the period (14 days unless you change it). Before it ends we also send you a reminder.
  4. Only then, a read-only summary. Policies and beneficiaries, where the documents are, contacts and your letter, for 90 days. No premiums, notes or document copies. Every opening is recorded and shown to you.

Your data

  • The folder is stored encrypted; optional document copies in a private area, never on a public page.
  • Write where the originals are, not passwords, PINs or account numbers.
  • No advisor sees the folder. You can download or delete it from your account settings.
  • More in the Privacy notice.
