How signing up works
- Fill in the basics. Your name, e-mail and a password.
- Confirm your e-mail. We send you a 6-digit code, valid for 20 minutes.
- Go to your area. You can start straight away: your tools, reports and appointments are in one place.
Common questions
Does the citizen account cost anything?
No. Tools, guides, articles, the account, saved reports and appointment requests are free for citizens.
Will an advisor see my results?
Only if you choose. You make the share yourself, for specific reports, with a purpose and duration you set, and you can revoke it at any time.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from your settings. Before that you can download all your data. See also the privacy policy.
